Is the Relationship Just Bad for You?

You have broken up with your ex boyfriend, you feel hurt and depressed, and all you can think about is "How do I get My Ex Boyfriend Back". You need to stop and think about what went wrong in the relationship. Perhaps this may be a good thing. People hwho are in bad relationships, that actually harm them emotionally, and drain their confidence, don't usually see that until it is too late.

Ask yourself these questions, before you ever contact him again.

• Has he ever verbally or physically abused you?
• Does he try to control you, tell you what to do on almost everything?
• Is he overly possessive of you?
• Does he get jealous easily? Does he show up unexpectedly and try to catch you doing something?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you need to rethink this relationship. He is not going to change, and these actions will eventually turn worse. This is not a good relationship, and you should walk away from it now, while you have the chance.

If you don't trust yourself to assess the situation, talk to your friends. They generally can tell when any of this is happening. They may not have wanted to tell you about these things while you were with him, but if you ask them, I am sure that they will be forthcoming. If they tell answer yes to any of the above questions for you, please listen to them.They are your friends, and they want the best for you.

So before you make that first phone call to him, assess whether or not this relationship is worth saving. This breakup may be the best thing that ever happened.
